Refund policy

Look and Adorn endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

 

​As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

 

RETURN REQUESTS

To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, by telephone at +91 8100311377 between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST, by email at support@lookandadorn.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, packaging image and package opening video of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner. 10-15 days TAT for Refund or replacement of wrongfully delivered or defective item(s). We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours. In exceptional cases, if the product is received in damaged condition by the buyer, inform us within 3 days (72 hours) with the package opening video & product images. We will try our best to replace the item, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. If a replacement is not possible, then we will refund it.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

 

Refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like Bluedart, Delhivery, Aramex etc.) , then Look and Adorn will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

 

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

 

​During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

 

Name/ image/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

 

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals (wherever applicable).

 

The product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

 

​For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.

 

 

PROCESSING OF REFUND

The Platform provides return and refunds are done within 7-15 business days. The refunds may be done by the same mode of payment as it was received.

 

All Refund requests shall be made by the User as well as the Customer by emailing to: support@lookandadorn.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.

CANCELLATION

As a Customer, you can cancel your order upon placing, however the refund of the amount paid will be solely our discretion.

 

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

 

a)      if it suspects a Customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or

b)      if it suspects a Customer has undertaken a transaction that is not following the Terms of Use, or

c)      in case of unavailability of a service, or

d)      for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

e)      if the Company does not want to do business with the Customer.

 

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company and in such an event the Company assumes no responsibility for the misrepresentation and shall not be held liable for the same.

 

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Customers and reserve the right to deny access to such Customers at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service page, and/or as agreed with a Customer before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned herein in case of a conflict.

 

We may make changes to our [products & services], and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and the associated product/service-specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.

 

 

Parties and shall be governed by the laws of India. For purposes of enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or if for any other reason litigation is permissible under this agreement, each party hereby irrevocably agrees to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.​
